Description

These 15-Minute Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are quick, flavorful, and perfect for a busy weeknight meal. The chicken is coated in a simple seasoning blend, seared until golden, and then tossed in a rich, garlicky butter sauce. Ready in just 15 minutes, it’s a delicious dish the whole family will love!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 oz (1 ¼ lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour for a gluten-free option)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (or vegan butter for a dairy-free option)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
  • Reduce the heat to medium. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and allow it to melt. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and cook for another 1 minute to create a creamy sauce.
  • Toss the cooked chicken in the garlic butter sauce, making sure it’s evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the chicken with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Gluten-free flour can replace all-purpose flour for a gluten-free version.
  • For a dairy-free option, use vegan butter instead of unsalted butter.
  • Serve this dish with a side of vegetables, rice, or pasta for a complete meal.
