An incredibly simple and delicious cake that combines the sweet flavors of apple pie with the ease of a cake mix. Perfect for a quick dessert when you’re short on time but craving something comforting.


Ingredients

  • 1 can apple pie filling (approximately 21 oz)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (approximately 15.25 oz)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the apple pie filling and eggs. Stir until the eggs are fully incorporated.
  • Add the yellow cake mix to the bowl, stirring until all the ingredients are well combined. The mixture may appear a bit thick.
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
