Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips until well mixed.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before serving.
