- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil over the pepperoni for extra flavor.
- Fold the dough in half to form a pocket and press the edges together to seal it.
- Brush the top of the dough with olive oil for a golden, crispy finish.
- Place the prepared pizza bread in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot!
Notes
- Feel free to swap out the pepperoni for other toppings like sausage, mushrooms, or vegetables.
- You can also sprinkle some extra Parmesan cheese on top before air frying for added flavor and crispiness.
- For a crispier crust, increase the air frying time by 1-2 minutes, but keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
