A deliciously crispy and cheesy pizza bread made in the air fryer! Filled with pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, and flavorful herbs, this easy-to-make pizza bread is the perfect snack or appetizer. The air fryer makes it quick and golden brown—no oven needed!


Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  • Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface to your desired thickness.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil over the pepperoni for extra flavor.
  • Fold the dough in half to form a pocket and press the edges together to seal it.
  • Brush the top of the dough with olive oil for a golden, crispy finish.
  • Place the prepared pizza bread in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve hot!

Notes

  • Feel free to swap out the pepperoni for other toppings like sausage, mushrooms, or vegetables.
  • You can also sprinkle some extra Parmesan cheese on top before air frying for added flavor and crispiness.
  • For a crispier crust, increase the air frying time by 1-2 minutes, but keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
