- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter or fork to cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the buttermilk until the dough comes together.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times. Roll the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the biscuits for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

- You can brush the biscuits with melted butter for extra flavor.
