Description

These Air Fryer Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls are a fun and delicious dessert, featuring a creamy cheesecake filling and sweet cherry topping, all wrapped up in a crispy, golden egg roll. Light and easy to make in the air fryer, these treats are perfect for a quick dessert or snack!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  • Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
  • Top the cream cheese mixture with a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
  • Fold in the sides of the wrapper and roll it up tightly to form an egg roll.
  • Repeat with the remaining egg roll wrappers and filling.
  • Brush each egg roll with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use fresh or frozen cherries in place of cherry pie filling if preferred.
  • To make the egg rolls extra crispy, lightly spray them with cooking spray before air frying.
  • You can serve these egg rolls with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or a dusting of powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
