- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 egg roll wrappers
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
- Top the cream cheese mixture with a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
- Fold in the sides of the wrapper and roll it up tightly to form an egg roll.
- Repeat with the remaining egg roll wrappers and filling.
- Brush each egg roll with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen cherries in place of cherry pie filling if preferred.
- To make the egg rolls extra crispy, lightly spray them with cooking spray before air frying.
