    • 2 steaks (10-ounce strip steaks recommended)
    • Olive oil
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Garlic powder
    • Steak seasoning (e.g., Kinders Prime Steak Seasoning)
  • For the Garlic Butter:
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

Prepare Potatoes:

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.

Cook Potatoes:

  1. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a few times during cooking.

Prepare Steak Bites:

  1. Cut the steaks into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.

Cook Steak Bites:

  1. Set aside the cooked potatoes.
  2. Air fry steak bites at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes for medium doneness.

Make Garlic Butter:

  1. Melt butter in a small pan, then stir in minced garlic and dried parsley.

Combine and Serve:

  1. Pour the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites.
