2 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts (sliced horizontally to make 4 fillets)

For the Garlic Mayo:

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 minced garlic cloves

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Parmesan Coating:

1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Dip each chicken fillet into the Parmesan coating, pressing gently to ensure the fillets are evenly coated on both sides.

Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the coated chicken fillets in the basket in a single layer.

Cook the chicken fillets in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the garlic mayo by mixing together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder (if using), and salt in a small bowl.
