Description

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these air fryer sweet potato cubes are seasoned with a flavorful blend of spices and fresh parsley. A healthy and easy side dish perfect for any meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.

  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil (if using), salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and cumin until evenly coated.

  • Place the sweet potato cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.

  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside.

  • Remove from air fryer and toss with fresh parsley.

  • Serve immediately as a side dish or snack.
