Ingredients

1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil (if using), salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and cumin until evenly coated.

Place the sweet potato cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
