Alabama White Sauce is a tangy, creamy barbecue sauce made with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and spices. It’s the perfect complement for grilled chicken, pork, or even as a dipping sauce for fries or veggies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
