Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Make the Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.
- Prepare the Wings: Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then bake them in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and fully cooked.
- Coat the Wings: Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
- Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can sprinkle the wings with additional grated Parmesan or fresh parsley before serving.
- If you want spicier wings, you can add red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce or toss the wings in hot sauce before coating them with the Alfredo sauce.
- These wings are best served immediately, but they can be reheated in the oven to maintain their crispy texture.
