Description

These rich and creamy Alfredo Chicken Wings are a decadent twist on traditional wings. Coated in a velvety Alfredo sauce made with Parmesan, garlic, and butter, they’re a perfect combination of crispy and creamy, making them an ideal appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Make the Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.
  • Prepare the Wings: Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then bake them in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and fully cooked.
  • Coat the Wings: Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
  • Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can sprinkle the wings with additional grated Parmesan or fresh parsley before serving.
  • If you want spicier wings, you can add red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce or toss the wings in hot sauce before coating them with the Alfredo sauce.
  • These wings are best served immediately, but they can be reheated in the oven to maintain their crispy texture.
