- 20–25 chicken wings
- 1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp Lawry’s garlic salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Clean the chicken wings in a mixture of salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse and pat dry.
- Season the chicken wings with Lawry’s seasoned salt, Lawry’s garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, and baking powder. Place them on a cooling rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip the wings and bake for another 20 minutes. Flip them again and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until crispy.
- While the wings are baking, make the Alfredo sauce. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Slowly whisk in heavy whipping cream, then add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Let it come to a light boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add shredded Parmesan cheese, mix well.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
