These Almond Ricotta Croissants are a delightful pastry treat, filled with creamy almond ricotta and topped with crunchy pistachios. Baked to golden perfection, they make for a warm and indulgent breakfast or snack.

- 2 croissants
- 1/2 cup almond ricotta cream
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
- Spread a generous amount of almond ricotta cream on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Place the top half of the croissants back on top.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios over the top of each croissant.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- If you don’t have almond ricotta cream, you can substitute with a mixture of ricotta cheese and almond extract.
- For extra flavor, drizzle a little honey over the croissants before serving.
