These Almond Ricotta Croissants are a delightful pastry treat, filled with creamy almond ricotta and topped with crunchy pistachios. Baked to golden perfection, they make for a warm and indulgent breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 1/2 cup almond ricotta cream
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
  • Spread a generous amount of almond ricotta cream on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Place the top half of the croissants back on top.
  • Sprinkle crushed pistachios over the top of each croissant.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don’t have almond ricotta cream, you can substitute with a mixture of ricotta cheese and almond extract.
  • For extra flavor, drizzle a little honey over the croissants before serving.
