- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 packet (1 oz) Italian dressing mix
- 7 cups frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, melted butter, and Italian dressing mix. Stir until smooth.
- Add the cooked beef to the cream cheese mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Pour the beef and sauce mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
