- 4 bagels, sliced in half
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on each bagel half.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
- Fresh spinach can also be used, just make sure it’s wilted and well-drained.
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
