Description

These Spinach and Artichoke Bagels are a cheesy, creamy treat that’s perfect for a quick snack or a delicious appetizer. The combination of spinach, artichoke, and gooey cheese on top of toasted bagels makes for a flavorful bite everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, sliced in half
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on each bagel half.
  • Place the bagels on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • Fresh spinach can also be used, just make sure it’s wilted and well-drained.
  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
