Ingredients

  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb grilled chicken, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Gradually add Asiago cheese, stirring continuously until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  • Add cooked tortellini and grilled chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • You can use other types of cheese, such as Parmesan or Romano, for a different flavor profile.
