Description

Aussie Crunch is a quick and easy chocolate coconut slice that combines the crunch of cornflakes with the rich taste of cocoa and coconut. This simple treat is perfect for a sweet snack or dessert, loved by both kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • Add all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, coconut, cornflakes, cocoa powder, and baking powder) and mix well.
  • Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let cool and cut into squares.

Notes
