Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Toast the bread until golden brown.
  • Mash the ripe avocado and spread it evenly on the toast.
  • Poach the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  • Place the poached eggs on top of the avocado toast.
  • Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes
