- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs, for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place coated cheese balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the cheese balls for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

- These cheese balls can also be deep-fried for a different texture, frying them for about 2-3 minutes until golden.
