Description

This Baked Cream Cheese Cranberry Dip is the ultimate holiday appetizer that combines the rich creaminess of cream cheese with the sweetness of cranberries and a hint of cinnamon. Topped with crunchy pecans, it’s the perfect dip to serve with crackers or bread for a festive touch that will impress your guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  • Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with crackers or bread for dipping.

Notes

  • You can substitute the dried cranberries with fresh cranberries if you prefer a tangier flavor. Just cook them down a bit with sugar to soften them.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle a bit of extra cinnamon or a drizzle of honey on top before serving.
  • This dip is also great served with apple slices, fresh bread, or crostini.
