Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Lay a slice of smoked cheddar cheese (halved) on the bottom of each croissant.
- Top with a slice of deli ham and then place the other half of the cheese on top.
- Close the croissants, pressing them lightly to hold the filling inside.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, yellow mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until smooth.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of each croissant.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until slightly frothy, then brush it over the croissants.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds on top of each croissant for added texture and flavor.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- You can use any type of cheese you prefer, such as Swiss or provolone, for a different flavor.
- These croissants can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking for an easy grab-and-go meal.
