Ingredients

  • 1 lb ziti pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the ziti pasta according to package directions, adding the broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain well.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and broccoli with the Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let the dish cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat ziti and low-fat Alfredo sauce.
