Description

A delicious twist on traditional baklava, these individual Baklava Cups are filled with a sweet walnut mixture and drizzled with rich chocolate sauce. Perfect for a bite-sized dessert that combines crunchy phyllo dough with decadent flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the phyllo dough into squares and press them into muffin tins, spraying the tins with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • In a bowl, combine chopped walnuts, melted butter, honey, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Fill each phyllo cup with the walnut mixture.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the baked baklava cups.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes
