- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the phyllo dough into squares and press them into muffin tins, spraying the tins with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, combine chopped walnuts, melted butter, honey, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the walnut mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the baked baklava cups.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the walnuts with other nuts like pistachios or almonds for variation.
- Drizzle with extra honey if you want an added touch of sweetness.
