Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  • Slice bananas and chop walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Roll out cinnamon rolls on a flat surface.
  • Spread melted butter over the dough.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over the butter.
  • Add sliced bananas and chopped walnuts.
  • Roll up the dough and slice into individual rolls.
  • Place rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • or extra flavor, you can drizzle a glaze over the cinnamon rolls after baking.
  • You can use pecans instead of walnuts for a different nutty flavor.
