A delicious twist on classic cinnamon rolls! Soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with a sweet banana and walnut mixture, then drizzled with butter and baked to golden perfection. The perfect comfort treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add brown sugar and chopped walnuts to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  • Unroll the cinnamon rolls and spread a generous amount of the banana mixture evenly over each roll.
  • Roll the cinnamon rolls back up and place them in a baking dish, spirals facing up.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the rolls.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can add a drizzle of extra frosting (from the cinnamon roll can) on top for added sweetness, or skip it for a less sugary version.
  • For a variation, try adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the banana mixture for a spiced flavor.
  • These rolls are best served warm, right out of the oven!
