Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until combined.
  • Pour half the batter over the crust. Layer sliced bananas, drizzle with caramel sauce, and peanut butter. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
