- 3 ripe bananas, sliced

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until combined.
- Pour half the batter over the crust. Layer sliced bananas, drizzle with caramel sauce, and peanut butter. Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
