Description

Indulge in every creamy bite of this decadent Banana Caramel Peanut Butter Cheesecake, where the sweetness of bananas meets the richness of caramel and the nuttiness of peanut butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Divide the cream cheese mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, mix in the peanut butter. In the other, mix in the mashed bananas and 1/2 cup caramel sauce.
  • Pour the banana mixture over the crust, then carefully spoon the peanut butter mixture on top. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then carefully run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen. Cool for 1 hour longer, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, drizzle with extra caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
