These Banana Strawberry Pudding Cheesecake Cups are a delightful dessert with layers of graham cracker crust, creamy banana pudding, fresh strawberries, and a rich cream cheese topping. Perfect for individual servings at parties, they combine the best flavors of cheesecake and pudding for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of individual serving cups.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until thickened. Pour over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
  • Top with sliced strawberries.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the strawberry layer in each cup.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can substitute fresh strawberries with other berries or add a drizzle of caramel sauce on top.
