Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Ranch dip, for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a blender, combine honey, chipotle peppers, ketchup, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Serve: Serve BBQ chicken with creamy ranch dip on the side for dipping.
