- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Dredge liver slices in flour.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add liver slices and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove liver from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and cook until caramelized.
- Return liver to skillet and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.

- For extra flavor, you can deglaze the skillet with a splash of beef broth or a small amount of balsamic vinegar after removing the liver.
