Ingredients

  • 4 beef steaks
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the beef steaks and cook until browned on both sides.
  • Remove the beef steaks from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the sliced onions and garlic. Cook until the onions are caramelized.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Return the beef steaks to the pan and cook until the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve the beef steaks with the onion sauce on top.
