- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant and softened.
- Stir in the chopped carrot, potatoes, and zucchini.
- Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the beef is cooked through.
