Description

Creamy, zesty, and loaded with fresh ingredients, this guacamole is bursting with bold flavor and just the right amount of heat. Perfect as a dip, topping, or side—it’s a must-have for tacos, chips, or any Mexican-inspired meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • ½ lime, juiced (about 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice)

  • ¾ cup grape tomatoes, quartered

  • ⅓ cup diced red or white onion

  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced (2 if you like it spicy)

  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste

  • Optional: 2 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl.

  • Add lime juice and mash the avocado to your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).

  • Mix in tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and garlic (if using).

  • Season with freshly ground black pepper and additional salt to taste.

  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface to store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.

Notes

  • For milder flavor, remove seeds from the jalapeño.

  • Add extra lime juice to help prevent browning.
