- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the ketchup and mustard, mixing well. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a layer of pickles on top before baking to bring in that Big Mac taste.
