Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in pickles, ketchup, and mustard, mixing well.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
