Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls combine the rich, creamy goodness of cheesecake with the delightful sweetness of blueberries, all wrapped in a flaky crescent roll. These warm, gooey treats make for a perfect breakfast, dessert, or snack. With minimal ingredients and quick prep time, they’re an easy yet indulgent delight for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each triangle.
  • Place a few blueberries along the widest end of each crescent roll triangle.
  • Roll up each crescent roll, starting from the widest end to form a spiral.
  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use fresh or frozen blueberries for this recipe.
  • For a little extra flavor, drizzle with honey or powdered sugar glaze after baking.
  • If you’d like a richer filling, you can add a tablespoon of lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture for a tangy kick.
