Description

Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls combine tangy cream cheese with fresh blueberries, all wrapped in a buttery crescent roll. This quick and easy dessert is creamy, fruity, and absolutely delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each triangle.
  • Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the cream cheese layer on each triangle.
  • Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
