- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup bubblegum flavored candy pieces
- 1 cup Pop Rocks candy (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Make the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the filling: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add bubblegum flavor: Stir in bubblegum flavored candy pieces, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
- Bake the cheesecake: Bake for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another 15 minutes.
- Cool the cheesecake: Remove from oven and let cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
- Top with Pop Rocks: Before serving, sprinkle the Pop Rocks candy on top for a fun, fizzy effect.

- Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating to avoid condensation.
