Description

These crispy Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are a delicious fusion of bold flavors and crunchy texture. Filled with tender shredded chicken tossed in spicy buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a drizzle of creamy blue cheese dressing, these egg rolls are perfect for a party appetizer or game day snack. Served hot with extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing for dipping, they’re sure to be a hit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  • Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, then add a spoonful of the chicken mixture.
  • Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing.
  • Roll up the egg roll, folding in the sides as you go.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • You can use ranch dressing as an alternative to blue cheese dressing, depending on your preference.
  • These egg rolls can be baked instead of fried for a lighter version—brush them with oil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • For extra crunch, serve with sliced celery or carrot sticks.
