- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 package chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger bars, and melted butter.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place back on the wax paper and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of salt to the peanut butter mixture for a sweet and salty flavor.
- If you prefer, you can use milk or dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet for a different flavor profile.
