A hearty and flavorful skillet meal, this Cabbage and Ground Beef dish combines tender cabbage with savory ground beef, tomatoes, and a hint of paprika. It’s an easy, one-pan meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until slightly wilted.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.

Notes
