- 1–2 pounds ground beef
Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Fill a large saucepan halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add the diced onions, chopped celery, and cabbage. Reduce heat and bring to a simmer.
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a separate pan, cook 1-2 pounds of ground beef until browned, draining any excess fat.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the stewed tomatoes and Lipton Onion Soup Mix to the simmering vegetables. Mix well.
- Add Beef and Season: Add the cooked ground beef to the soup. Stir in any additional spices you like (e.g., salt, pepper, garlic powder). Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
