This flavorful Cajun Grilled Chicken is perfectly spiced and served with a tangy, creamy Alabama White Sauce. A deliciously smoky and zesty dish that brings bold flavors to your summer grill sessions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve the grilled chicken with Alabama white sauce on the side.

Notes

  • You can marinate the chicken in the Cajun seasoning for 30 minutes before grilling for deeper flavor.
