Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and stir until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the pecans and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Allow pecans to cool completely before serving.
