Description

These Cannoli Cookie Cups are a fun and delicious twist on the classic Italian cannoli. With a crispy sugar cookie crust, creamy ricotta filling, and a topping of chocolate chips and pistachios, these bite-sized treats are sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the cookie dough into 24 equal pieces and press each piece into a greased mini muffin tin.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon the ricotta mixture into the baked cookie cups.
  • Top with chopped pistachios.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • For best results, refrigerate the cookie cups for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to set.
