Description

A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake and sweet apple pie filling, topped with rich caramel sauce for an irresistible dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325F (160C). Grease a springform pan.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, adding eggs one at a time.
  • Gently fold in the apple pie filling until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for a few hours for best results.
