- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup apple pie filling
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325F (160C). Grease a springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, adding eggs one at a time.
- Gently fold in the apple pie filling until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for a few hours for best results.
