- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gently fold in the diced apples and 1/4 cup of caramel sauce.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan and bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggles.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing it from the springform pan. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
