These caramel apple dessert cups are a quick and delicious fall treat! Made with refrigerated biscuit dough, they’re filled with a sweet apple mixture, drizzled with caramel sauce, and topped with crunchy pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 apples, cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare Biscuit Cups: Press each biscuit dough into a greased muffin tin, forming a cup shape.
  • Make Apple Filling: In a bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well coated.
  • Fill Biscuit Cups: Fill each biscuit cup with the apple mixture, pressing it gently into the dough.
  • Add Caramel and Pecans: Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of each cup and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  • Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuit cups are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly before serving warm.
