A decadent dessert combining rich, fudgy brownie layers with creamy cheesecake, topped with a sweet caramel drizzle. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  • Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra caramel flavor, drizzle additional caramel sauce before serving.
  • Make sure the cheesecake is fully set in the center before removing from the oven.
