- 1 box brownie mix
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra caramel flavor, drizzle additional caramel sauce before serving.
- Make sure the cheesecake is fully set in the center before removing from the oven.
