This Caramel Brownie Cheesecake is a decadent dessert that combines the rich flavors of creamy cheesecake and fudgy brownies, topped with a luscious swirl of caramel. A perfect treat for any special occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on the box)
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Spread evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter in the pan. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is almost set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean (it may have a little bit of cheesecake mixture on it).
  • Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra caramel flavor, drizzle more caramel sauce on top before serving.
  • Make sure to refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 3 hours to set properly.
